Granado's Farm Labor LLC was founded in 2011 by Eulogio Granados — a farmworker who grew up in the fields and decided the growers he worked for deserved a crew they could trust by name.

Eulogio came to the Central Valley as a young man and spent his first five years working in various capacities, including picking fruit, pruning vines, and operating tractors for other operations. Based in Linden, California, he learned every crop the valley grows — and he learned what makes a crew good: honest hours, careful hands, and a foreman who's actually out in the field with the workers.
In 2011 he founded Granado's Farm Labor LLC with six workers and a single pickup truck. Today the company runs multiple crews year-round, but Eulogio still walks the fields with new clients himself. If you hire us, you'll meet him.
